bugging me and dude forgot our Karaage.
My Zippy's inspired chili

It's been snowy and cold lately so I decided to do a chili... Problem is I've been hunting for Portuguese Sausage (Linguica) since I've gotten here and can't find any. So I tried my best to mimic the best chili ever and it turned out pretty good, I suggest it. Tonight I'm getting franks and doing chili frank plate!
- Ground Beef
- Pork Sausage (opened seperated)
- Green Bell Pepper
- Onion
- Can Peeled diced Tomato
- Cream of Mushroom
- Kidney Beans
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Mushrooms
- Salt & Pepper
- Cayenne
- Paprika
- Worcestershire
- Corn Starch
- Peanut Butter (pinch)

instead I get taro chips... fish was bland for a seared ahi, but I
guess coming from Hawaii we've go corner stores that kill big time
restaurants with fish. It might have been because I hadn't eaten since
breakfast and I wanted a big meal, but despite my choice in food I
sampled other peoples dishes and the Turf game is good.

My easy chicken andouille Alfredo
(TJ's) Trader Joe's comes through again! Cooking on the fly and really quick without having to go grocery shopping rules... I rummaged through everything lying around, mixing and matching whatever I had which was:
- Chicken (frozen TJ's)
- Andouille Sausage
- Fettuccine Alfredo (frozen TJ's)
- Zucchini
- Onions
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- Basil
My Andouille medley fritata
Went to the market and bought some Andouille Sausage and Eggs. Now that we've got this Gas stove with the Salamander Broiler underneath I can make Fritata's all day!
