One last Hawaii meal before I left. This trip really gave me a refresh
of local cuisine, although I had a long list of spots that I had
wanted to visit. The problem is that my parents cook some of the most
amazing food to me. They pretty much taught me and inspired me to
enjoy cooking and so whenever I get home they are always excited to
cook. It's one thing I've learned to appreciate more and more. Next
time Hawaii... I think I just need more time!
*Victoria Inn
There's something to the local hawaii diner that is so nostalgic and
comforting. A fading era of Hawaii, the veneering and vintage
aesthetic to me captures the essence of the local Hawaii baby boomers
infused with the modern era of America.

*Tenkaipin
I don't really see what all the hype is with this spot in hawaii, but
what I can say is that the marketing and dudes videos are good, the
chicken karaage is bangin, but the ramen was mediocre.

**The Counter
Been reading a lot of press about this spot so I had to go since it's
right down the street from my house.
