So my twin brother Keala is currently doing a ramen apprenticeship in Asahikawa up on the island of Hokkaido, Japan. If your planning on visiting up there you should definitely roll through... He'll be running the Ramen-Ya for lunches 11am - 3pm from now till the 28th of September.
